Refunds and cancelling

If you are a consumer you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of a payment and be refunded in full; by starting the plan straight away you agree that we provide it during those 14 days. We extend the same 14-day full refund to everyone, consumer or business, on any payment, monthly or yearly: ask from Settings or write to hello@writeboard.uk, or ask Paddle, whose receipt tells you how. After 14 days a payment is not refunded, but cancelling is always free and immediate, and you keep the plan to the end of what you paid for.

This policy is part of our terms of use, repeated here so it can be found on its own. Payments are taken by Paddle, who are the merchant of record and whose receipt also tells you how to ask.
